American Private Police Force - Update

It appears that the crooks and con artists at www.AmericanPoliceGroup.com have changed the name of their website from American Police Force to American Private Police Force....Like we've been saying all along, this is a Beta Testing of the privatization of our police departments and jails in the U.S. and outsourcing to foreign countries. But we, along with thousands and thousands of our fellow bloggers and patriots are going to stay on top of these stories.

I've also noticed that they've changed their logo. It still appears Eastern European or Russian, maybe still Serbian, I can't tell for sure.

Anyone care to try to identify this? I've been searching Google images and Wikipedia, but can't find this exact Coat of Arms.
Here is their new Logo:

Here was their old Logo...Coat of arms of Serbia
This is the Russian Coat of Arms:

**update**
This is the Montenegro Coat of Arms:

Another good page to look at

The APPF coat of arms is the same as that of the Russian government--albeit it with only a very minor change--the emblems held in the lower talons as I am sure you already are aware.

I think people in general are overreacting to the logo content. These people are pulling clip art off of the net and are not actually designing a real logo which would can cost thousands of dollars. That said, they are not obviously very bright, not sure why you would use Russian or Serbian artwork for a company called American Police Force.

thats probably montenegro coat of arms with added letter C (Cyrilic alfabet), C is latin S, that probably means serbia, I am pretty sure that someone change montenegro coat of arm and add C(S) that means Serbia

Thanks guys, I'm leaning more towards what Anonymous 7:11 said, this definitely looks like the Russian coat of Arms. It's more similar than the Montenegro version: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Coat_of_arms_of_Montenegro.svg, but I also agree with Anonymous 9:21 that they added the C...Also notice, it looks exactly like a mirror image but with the ball missing from the talon. As to what Anonymous 7:41, I don't know if I'd call it over reacting we're not calling this a Russian invasion...maybe we're a little extra concerned, but we should be because as you mentioned they are using Serbian Artwork for a company called "American" Police Force, you'd have to be a downright moron to do that and think you can get away with it without pissing a bunch of people off....This just shows me that they are highly loyal to their homeland...Russia/Serbia/Montenegro...wherever they are from. And that should be of concern if they plan to be policing streets in "Amerika"

I did find this page on wikipedia, very interesting: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double-headed_eagle

Someone's already updated wikipedia for their last logo

It's interesting that it's similar to the Montenegro coat of arms, since I read in one of the blogs following this story that "Captain Michael" is a native of Montenegro.

Coat of arms says alot about an entity. Most definately need to keep an eye on these folks. I suspect we'll know their colars (banner) soon enough. Just like we now know Obama's banner.
America surely needs a change, however not in the direction we're seemingly being hood winked to journey down. It amazes me just how much folk will tolerate these days, compared to our forefathers. Half jokenly I tell folk the men of today are like the women a hundred years ago. It's getting close to time to start making more than just a little ruccus, don't you think.
