Blatant Case of Police Abuse and Voter Fraud

Approximately 11:45 on 11/3/09 (Election Day) While handing out campaign literature, I was accosted by a man by the back door of the _________ Elementary School in _______where I was working. He was possibly the same one who had ½ hr earlier taken the papers from my friend __________who was working at the front entrance of the bldg.

He tried to rip my campaign information from my hands & when I held it behind my back, he placed his hands on my chest & began pushing me. I told him “you don’t push me” & told him he was “assaulting” me. There was an elderly lady going in to vote just then & I asked her name, & told her she was a witness. The man, whom later described himself as “Joe” when I asked his name, backed away when I took out my cell phone & began talking to the 9-11 operator. That was handled very unprofessionally because they asked me a bunch of questions & passed me around to other operators. By this point the assailant had begun to get into his brand new red Cadillac sedan deville with flashy chrome rims. Just prior to that he was chatting with the lawyer handing out information for Robert _________. I tried getting his license number as he left, but he backed around in such a manor that it was not possible. Then he accelerated at very high speeds, easily 40 mph. I asked the lawyer, what the guy’s last name was, he said “________. I was still on the phone with 9-11 at that point. Eventually a police officer had pulled up, but to my dismay I witnessed Commissioner Wachter go over and talk to him for about 5 minutes. Then another patrol car arrived. I was told by the 9-11 operator that I was to talk to “that officer”. They (offices _______ and ________) immediately began confronting, intimidating and harassing me and my friend _____. They were accusing us of handing out “anti-Semitic” literature & asking a lot of questions that were not relevant, I saw the setup and decided not to fall into a trap, I said I would leave, they would not allow me to leave without showing my ID.

Note: the reason I didn’t get the constable (______) involved was because he’d refused to do anything when _____'s paperwork had previously been stolen, & also supported the taking down of our political signs. He was obviously part of the corruption.

Then office _____ was increasingly demanding that I show him ID, but I said I had nothing I was willing to show him. After several attempts, he began grabbing my rear end, I responded by mentioning to him that he is not to touch me. He claimed he was “patting me down for weapons”. After several minutes of being threatened and harassed, he told the other officer (?), that “he’s under arrest. Then he grabbed my arm and told me I was under arrest. The other one grabbed my other arm and they began twisting them into a painful position, up and behind my back, I knew they were wrong but said to them that there was no need to chain me, that I would go peacefully. They continued to jointly assault me and throw me to the ground. After I realized that they were not going to allow me to go peacefully without being chained, I stopped resisting their assault. I was then shoved into the back of the police car, where I’d asked the officer to loosen my shackles, as they were cutting into my wrist (battery). He said that I “shouldn’t have moved” & that he would remove them at the station. When we finally arrived at the station, he got out of the car/ cruiser and walked around to the back and out to the parking lot. He stood there for a few minutes, than walked around the front of the vehicle and finally let me out from the back seat. I also received a dime sized abrasion behind my left ear during their assult upon me. I was lead to a processing room, where apparently neither of the pair had any idea of how to book someone. Then they found another officer (________), who helped them with the computer. I was questioned about health issues, whether I had any. I told them I was “reserving my rights”, upon which time the other officer (________), told me I “have no rights regarding my biometric data”. After declining to answer whether I had any health issues, he asked “would you like some?”, I responded, “is that a threat?” By his tone of voice it obviously was. At that point he went away. None of the 3 officers had any rank insignia on their sleeve. Officer _______ told me I would also be charged with endangering police officers because I relayed the wrong address, which was given to me by the lawyer who was working the polls for Robert __________. This can be proven by listening to the 9-1-1 call record.

At no point was I read my Miranda rights. I was never afforded a phone call. I was guided to my “new home” down the hall. Where I had spent close to an hour (Kidnapping). That’s when I was released by Deputy Commissioner ___________. He escorted me back to the processing room where Sergeant ________ gave me back my possessions & they offered to give me a ride to where they picked me up or somewhere else. Before dropping me off, I asked Mr. _________ if there were any charges against me. He told me no & that there would be nothing on my record. I later realized that the paper which I had written the badge numbers of the two arresting officers had been removed from the envelope of my belongings (theft).

My experience with Mr. _________ & Sgt. _________ was very cordial & respectful as would be expected. With the other 3, there was harassment, disrespect, intimidation, threat, and dishonesty (very unprofessional). When I later called AT&T to get the exact time of my 9-1-1 call, there was “no record”. Apparently there are people involved here who can and will exercise criminal powers to hide the truth. The real problem is with corrupt police who allow and collude in election fraud. _________ won by 30 votes.

In summary I was denied habeas corpus, assaulted, battered & unlawfully kidnapped (by police). This must not go unpunished.

"Foreign" Privatized Police in Cincinnati, OH

I uncovered this in Cincinnati, OH. A company called Unified Services Agency has been driving police cars around the city. It says usa services on the doors of their black with yellow striped police interceptors with lights on top. The webpage I found for them is http://unifiedservicesagency.com/ the owners name is Mike Dabdoub. He is certified by the Ohio Dep. of Homeland Security but the business address he gave them matches a computer company not registered in OH. I looked his business profile up in Ohio and the address links back to a house owned by Majeda Dabdoub, who's sister in law is Karen Dabdoub - Ohio's CAIR spokesperson. They also have blood relatives living in Gaza per a story in the enquirer. How is this legal?
